Important Items

Order Confirmations come with the a Production Authorization form, the Order Form Confirmation, Elevation Drawings, a Door and Drawer front cutlist if requested and a Quote/Invoice. Your custom cabinet orders will be constructed according to approved cabinet Elevation Drawings. The Order will be invoiced according to the Order Form Confirmation. Typically the Order Confirmation will be sent within two days after receipt. Quotes are usually sent by the following day.

If there are any changes please let us know as soon as possible. Changes to Elevation Drawings submitted for approval will incur customary charges.

Corner and L-shaped cabinet doors are sized for square edges with cabinets on both sides. For profiled doors, we strongly suggest you do a mock-up for this application. These cabinets are doweled and screwed together for non - finished end cabinets.

Angle and L-shaped cabinet prices: For example a KBL 36" x 36" - 24" deep is priced 36" along one wall and 12" along the adjoining wall for a total of 48".

Single doors are 4mm - 1/8" less in width than cabinet width. A pair of doors measure 8mm less than the cabinet width divided by two. Door and drawer faces overlap vertical and horizontal partitions by 7.5mm (19/64"). Please see the EASI System Catalog drawings for vertical margins.

Pencil Drawers are installed 5/8" above the top of the adjacent cabinets. Flush to the top of a 5/8" (16mm) spacer strip placed on top of the cabinets. This will line up the top of the Pencil Drawer front with the top of an adjoining cabinet drawer front. For different spacer strip sizes or applications such as granite, V cap tile or concrete please continue to mount the top of the pencil drawer cabinet 5/8" above the adjacent cabinets.

Return panel sizes: You may order any return panel size. The standard base return panel is 698MM (27 1/2"). The standard wall return panel is 368MM (14 1/2") with the cabinet held 1/4" away from the end wall.
