The Early Years
We began as a full service custom cabinet and furniture shop in St. Helens, Oregon. They were primarily made from Birch and Red Oak veneer with bevel overlay doors, plywood construction, dados, nails, top frame and face frames.

The “shop” was in a basement measuring 10’ wide, 30’ long with a 7’ ceiling that had four stairs going down a 28” cement walled opening. We soon moved to downtown St. Helens into an old car dealership with big windows facing the street with convenient large double doors. After about 9 months we needed a larger shop.

Growing the Business
During the 7 years at the Rock Creek shop in Washington County I acquired many of the skills necessary for a successful business. This is where skills in design, specialty work and installation were developed by doing custom cabinet work, reception counters, compound angles, curves, laminate and fixtures. What also stood out was the commercial world was the first to utilize European Style Cabinets on a wide scale.

Euro style pushed into the mainstream residential market fueled by designers who saw the beauty and design potential of full access cabinets for the home along with the efficient use of space and materials.

The Forest Grove Shop
In 1985 we moved into a 4,000 sq ft industrial space continuing our full service Custom Euro Style Cabinetry for both the residential and commercial markets.

As our business continued to grow we expanded two times into the 9,000 sq ft we currently occupy housing our modern computerized high production equipment.

In 1992 Euro Assembly Systems, Inc - The EASI System - was created. For 10 years Emerson Hardwood in Portland, OR distributed our Custom Euro Style Components to cabinetmakers in the greater Portland area as they were sold in 7 Western states.

Today
Today’s customers are cabinet shops, general contractors and designers.
We manufacture the highest quality, versatile, fully assembled and beautifully finished Custom Euro Style Cabinets available. Included is our uncompromising service and amazingly low-cost for both residential and commercial applications.
